These scholarships are awarded to incoming freshmen who demonstrate outstanding scholarship and talent in one of the traditional undergraduate programs of study. Valued at more than $100,000 each, the scholarships are renewable a total of eight (8) semesters of study at Seton Hill as long as the student maintains a cumulative grade point average of 3.3. Scholarship recipients are chosen by the division faculty based on criteria set by each Division.

Students applying to Seton Hill with the intention of earning a degree in Education are required to declare an undergraduate major in one of the four academic divisions and are therefore eligible to compete for the Seton Scholarship in the division that offers the chosen major.
